Steam is a Self Publishing Platform for PC Games worldwide and holds 90% of global PC Games Market. Unlike the Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store , Steam is a place where the best AAA games as well as Indie Games gets uploaded. It is a very restrictive store where submission goes on to Steam Community and where a significant vetting process based on Quality, Polish and Fun Factor is determined by the community which ensures it gets accepted or Rejected. The game is downloadable for Mac, Linux & Windows. The demo of the game has been received well by the community which can be seen being played all across the globe on Youtube. This is the 1st game to get on to Steam from Bangladesh.

One of the Student Researchers at our CCSE Labs, Sayem Chaklader was one of the first to undertake a Game Developement workshop held at Microsoft Office, Bangladesh , which was a 1st for the entire country. He has been working for the last 3 months to create the game and is weeks away from releasing a full version of the game on to the Store. The game itself is very challenging.
Give it a try. In the credits page inside the game , you can see CCSE been credited for providing the opportunity and hardware for development. Sayem Chaklader is a single person indie game developer who codes, does all the 3D work and markets the game himself.
Statistically Game development and breaking into Steam is every Indie Game Developer’s dream, worldwide. The game was developed in house at our CCSE labs.
We at CCSE give Student Researchers and Developers their much needed opportunity to take on their dreams.
